Congratulations on your purchase of one of the best training tools on the market today, the ULTRAMAN life-size dummy.  There is nothing like the feel of your hard earned skills making CONTACT and we know that with consistent use of the ULTRAMAN your balance, power and accuracy will been taken to a whole new level.  Below are instructions for what we have found to be the most beneficial way to mount the ULTRAMAN. 

Purchase one piece of plywood measuring four feet by four feet.  The minimum thickness should be ½”, but we have found that ¾” works best.  Position the mounting bracket in the center of one of the sides three inches from the edge.  With the bracket in position, mark the location of the mounting holes.  Drill the mounting holes, making sure to make the holes slightly larger than the holes in the mounting brackets.  This will make lining up the holes much easier.  Sandwich the plywood between the upper and lower mounting brackets.  Install the mounting screws through the top bracket, through the plywood base attaching to the lower bracket, being sure to tighten the screws tightly.  Remember to use the spacers supplied to help you make the ULTRA-MAN as short or as tall as you like.
