Here's a short clip showing the Ultraman being used in a little friendly competition during one of our IKCA seminars in Louisiana. The "Hitting the Dummy" drill is one of the segments used in our Black Belt Triathalon and is used to test a person's ability to maintain accuracy, speed and power while striking full contact. The moves you'll see are the Green Belt techniques of the IKCA curriculum.
