ULTRAMAN TESTIMONIAL

THE FOLLOWING IS AN UNSOLICITED TESTIMONIAL ABOUT THE ULTRAMAN
RECEIVED BY IKCA HEADQUARTERS ON JUNE 19,2004. MR. FREY IS NOT A MEMBER
OF THE IKCA, NOR IS HE ASSOCIATED WITH THE KARATE CONNECTION.

Hi, I'm Eric Frey a Brown Belt practitioner of Kenpo. I bought the Ultraman dummy because I was looking for something that would just let me go off in realistic fashion, using techniques on the proper spots. Punching bags just don't do it for me. The Ultraman dummy is of superior quality. I've been beating on it for 2 weeks now, I'm a 215 pound grown man and a pretty solid hitter. I don't see this thing breaking any time soon, if ever. Within a half hour of using this dummy, I could tell which of my strikes would actually hurt someone and which ones I needed serious work on. Also, a lot of the Kenpo techniques advocate kicking the knee for a break, well I always had my doubts (because of playing nice with a technique partner) that I could break someone's knee or hit it quickly, or even connect. After using the dummy and practicing hard kicks to the padded metal legs and sending it flying back several feet I have no doubt that I could not only connect with someone's knee, but snap it like a twig. I've also noticed that my distancing and personal space invasion has improved when I do practice with a partner. I was also amazed at how close the shape of the chest resembled that of a live person, I was expecting the cylinder of a bag on a metal stick. It actually angles down from the shoulders in a V, so that you can line up a collarbone or rib shot to what would be the proper area on a real person. Please feel free to use this on your site for your great product.
